“Apology” The Daily Post prompt for 8/1/2016
Knowing why we are the way we are is important. Humans are categorized by different sets of behaviors, emotions, types of personalities, and so on. There are seven billion people on earth right now, and every one of them is unique, unlike any other.
Our upbringings, environments, social groupings, and emotions mold us into what we are. The dis-ease or stress that we are healing from has roots in the physical and metaphysical worlds.
To understand how all these tie in together is to have a powerful tool to carry on our journey.
Unconditional and empathetic disassociation with your dis-ease – walking “AS IF” the dis-ease does not exist. Disassociation to what others say of your condition. Empathetic disassociation to other’s issues “AS IF” they do not exist (the issues, not the other people).
Disassociate yourself from those who identify you as your issue with words that are being spoken over your head… that is to say, those who only see the negative side of whatever it is you want to heal. This includes healthcare professionals who tell you: “There is nothing that WE can do for you.” In essence, they are right; it is not “WE,” it is “YOU” that the healing is left to.
Family tends to hold issues, conditions, and diseases near and dear, treating them as either hereditary or congenital, as if there is no way out; they are legacy. At the same time, medical professionals are seen as being the “end-all and be-all,” and there is no further to go.
Believing these ideas leaves no space for what are known as miracles. In other words, put trust in yourself not in others on behalf of yourself. Accepting responsibility for your body, your mind, your thoughts, your actions, and your words means no blame can be put anywhere else. You are responsible for your own changes.
Remember: The Body, Mind, and Spirit are interconnected. What happens on one plane affects the others. When stress goes unchecked, it can go from being a mental state of mind to an emotional one. This affects our moods, actions, and judgments. Emotions that fester with obsession can manifest as a physical issue.
Physical Manifestations of Emotional Issues are what is happening when the diagnosis comes back as “There is nothing we can do for you,” or “It’s all in your head.” Well, in essence it is: 75% of the clients I see are there because of this very state of being.
Emotional Attachments to Physical Ailments
When one does not deal with negative emotions and release them, they fester in that chakra(s) and can actually shut it down and prevent it from functioning. Stress is part of everyday life, but too much stress leads to negative emotions, and this is where the physical manifestations come into play.
There are 22 Emotions. Any one person can feel a blend of any or all of these at once!
That is a bit scary.
Below is “The Emotional Guidance Scale” from Abraham Hicks’s “Law of Attraction” in “Ask and it is Given – Part II”
- Joy/Knowledge/Empowerment/Freedom / Love/Appreciation
- Positive Expectation/Belief
Stress and Unbalanced Energy
Disease and physical ailments can be caused by stress; this stress can take on many forms. When we keep things to ourselves and don’t seek resolution, we are asking for physical manifestations of these emotional or psychological pains as a way of putting them out of the body, but in fact we are only magnifying the stress by now involving a physical issue to complicate the emotional and/or psychological ones.
Physical Issues can manifest from Psychological and Emotional imbalances due to stress. By taking into account the area of the body that is affected, a cross reference can be made from that area to a specific chakra. Imbalance or a block in the flow of energy to a chakra can affect more than one chakra. The governing bodily functions of the involved chakras linked by the same aspect and or plane may also be affected. This is how physical issues manifest themselves into these monsters that nobody can seem to figure out. Mainstream medication and therapy is geared towards the symptoms and not the root causes.
Meditate rather than medicate.
There are dozens of Alternative Healing methods to combat this.Emotions are part of the human experience, no apology necessary. We are the only creatures on the planet that experience emotions. It is how we have memories. When an occurrence has an emotion tied to it, it is embedded in the atoms of our cells as a memory. The more the trauma or drama, the more intense the memory is.
If you would like to read the remainder of this chapter where I get into the different physical issues caused by emotional stresses, and what you can do about them; just write me, I’ll be glad to share.
